I have been appointed by the major of Chicago as a member of a city-wide task force to develop a grant or foundation -funded proposal project to assist with the homeless in my community. My goal is to get this grant to make this project go worldwide and get more people in the world on board to help prevent so many people from being homeless.  Now to explain a little bit of what and who a homeless people are people who is experiencing homelessness does not have a primary residence.
