1. Which sites about Eggs and Cholesterol should you use to determine cholesterol in eggs? Why? Do any sites give you a reason to doubt the information provided? What did you learn from this site about the internet? According to the Grisanti Report, public health advocates have long recommended that individuals limit their cholesterol consumption to 300 milligrams per contain approximately 213 milligrams of cholesterol each, leading to the traditional advice about limiting egg intake. While reading over the sites I did not find anything that would make me doubt the information being provided at least not a good reason to. I did not learn anything from this site about the internet.
