1. Simple Evasion- I feel is the fallacy used in this text. President Bush was trying to change the subject. The issue isnt really what Bush had done in the past to help blacks; the question was asked in light of his specific role in allowing the watering down of civil rights under Reagan.
2. I believe that this fits into the category of Begging the Question, Circular Reasoning: its kind of typical of Joe Morgans announcing, knowingly if you are into baseball. He is essentially suggesting He cant throw strikes because he cant throw strikes. Kind of circular reasoning I think.
3. With this one I thought a little more. I think from what I can see it is, Patriotic Appeal and Questionable Premise....
