I feel that the FBI will be effective in combatting terrorism because they seem to have a god plan of action. Protecting the American people from terrorist threats is the FBIs founding principle and their highest priority the Department of Homeland Security's counterterrorism responsibilities focus on three goals:

1. Prevent terrorist attacks;
2. Prevent the unauthorized acquisition, importation, movement, or use of chemical, biological, radiological, and nuclear materials and capabilities within the United States; and
