Abstract
Mergers and Acquisition is prevalent in U.S health industry. Government spending has increased and consequently, the competitive players in the sector have capitalized on this growth through M&A. What is trending in U.S health care industry? There is so much consumer concern on pricing, control, care and clashing health policies which has affected the quality and performance of this sector. These intensified emerging trends are characteristics of the industry and has received considerable concern. What we see now is more and more mergers on the increase.
