Introduction

In project management we normally face many iteration for Project life cycle of sub project or phase across whole master project life cycle. So its very important to make sure major deliverable are identified, break into smaller which is more manageable and be able to estimate cost, schedule, resource required, input and output from each work package.

In order to handle this process Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) is a very useful tool that project manager can use to effectively break the major project deliverables into smaller level until reach lowest level which is known as work package/ activities.
