Design and Construction of an Army Reserve Center Proposal

Project name: Design and Construct a 150-member Army Reserve Center (ARC) in Rockford, Illinois. Primary facilities consist of three buildings:

1. Training Building of approximately 31,239 SF;

2. Organizational Maintenance Shop (OMS) of approximately 5,294 SF; and

3. Unheated Storage (UHS) of approximately 1,520 SF. All buildings are located in Winnebago County, IL.
