Introduction

  The Riordan Manufacturing company has decided to implement a new initiative that is known as "Going Green Initiative". The company has made the decision to have an outside consultant to assess their production process and to design a sustainability plan that will enable the company to conform to ISO 14001 Standards. This will not be an easy task to complete because of the resistance from personnel in management positions, who for a variety of reason object to enacting another program while having other issues that need to be attended to before initiating the "Going Green Initiative"
