The quality of services provided by medical care providers is highly influenced by a code of ethics that promotes the well being of staff, patients, and the community in which they service. Baltimore Washington Medical Center is a small, but growing hospital in one of several rural suburbs of Baltimore, MD. Its mission and vision statements, as well as leadership values have increased the organization's notoriety among staff and the community it serves.
