Intellectual Humility

This is one out of seven intellectual traits. It is about knowing your own biases and the limits of your own knowledge. Being open to feedback, constructive criticism, and the willingness to seek out facts from credible sources will help when trying to develop this trait. Big part of developing this trait focuses on seeking the truth to increase your knowledge. Developing this trait will allow me to be more intellectually knowledgeable and an influencing speaker.
