Culture and Career Counseling Grand Canyon University: PCN 525 August 31, 2016 Abstract Individuals with disabilities face some of the challenges when entering the work force, that many people without disability face. There are barriers that people with disabilities face, that those without disability do not, as well. These barriers can affect a person from entering the work force at all. Each person goes through a series of life events that affect the career choice for them. Individuals with disabilities are no different. People with disability have needs that are to be met.
