Introduction

Freedom of speech is a very important part of the United States Constitution. Freedom of speech is granted in the constitution so that individuals may express their opinions freely and not be punished for doing so. There are of course stipulations and not all speech may be protected. There are some cases when this action is uncertain and not protected by the first amendment of the constitution. In the case of Korb v Raytheon you can see that individual rights when it comes to freedom of speech where are some problems that were concerning.
