Issue of providing affordable care act consists of the offensive and defensive public opinions which lead to the controversial topic among policy makers for many years. However, in this era of rising input cost, it becomes impossible for the government to manage the public policy regarding the affordable health care (Roy, 2013). In order to provide affordable health care, most of the United States policy makers have experienced various policies from time to time but not able to succeed in realizing the goals of policies.
