  Organization behavior is the study and application of information regarding how an individual or group of people within an organization behaves.  According to John Schermerhorn author of the book Organizational Behavior Twelfth Edition, organizational behavior is the key characteristic used to maintain and enhance interaction levels amongst employees within a company (Schermerhorn, 2011).
