Dear CEO,

We would like to enthusiastically propose a plan for improving the process design for Riordan Manufacturing in Hangzhou, China through the implementation of lean production and total quality management. Following analysis of the current operating system, we have concluded that Riordan Manufacturing can and will become a more reliable supplier of plastic fan parts and other plastic goods using our proposed methods.
