NR 511 Discussion Introduction: Hello Dr. Richardson and class, My name is Lori and have been in the nursing profession for 33 years; 4 as a LVN and 29 as an RN. I work in surgical services at a 397-bed community hospital located in San Diego CA. I am the Neuro/Spine Coordinator and not only coordinate my specialty with physicians, anesthesia, and staff, but also provide direct patient care which I absolutely love.Ihave also worked with substance abuse patients, on a Med/Surg unit, and in a step-down unit (Telemetry).
