Describe the role of the human services worker in facilitating mental health care

In the role of human services worker professionals for the mental health service is to analyze the changes of mental health environment plus the challenges facing social work. These challenges tends to stress these professionals, which has to adapt to the dramatic changes that has been taking place since the advent of deinstitutionalization of the needs for the community care for mentally ill people.
