Multicultural Project Planning-Executive for an International corporation that is expanding into China

Being in the position of an executive for a reputed international corporation that is interestingly planning to expand into China is really challenging in all aspects. The tasks largely related to setting up a hiring program that will be perfectly utilized in the new Chinese branch of the company is really challenging.
