Ans: There are many challenges that we'll have to face when implementing the quality management system. The most important challenge is the resistance to change. In order to improve the quality we'll have to bring some changes and there is likely a chance that these changes are not accepted happily. Majority people are happy with their routines and they are not in for surprises therefore when opting for any improvement they must be informed in advance so that it does not shock them.
