After completing exercise 15-3 in our text, I was rather astonished by the results. The test indicated that I was 84 percent of a leader and 16 percent of a supervisor. While completing this test some of the questions I found to rather hardlined and somewhat biased in the way they were presented and often times the questions were too black and white. Honestly, I find myself to be more of mixture between a leader and supervisor rather than a leader, nevertheless, I digress.
