Abstract

Business consulting has a long history in America. In 1890, Fredrick Winslow Taylor was the first business consultant, which he called it scientific management and many of the practices are still relevant in modern organizations (Public Broadcasting Station, n.d.). Organization uses internal and external consultants; however, organizations use external consultants more than internal consultants.
