What are some of the benefits of using technology in managing information and human resources in business? What technology is used at your place of employment to manage information and human resources?

When businesses use technology to manage information and human resources it creates the ability to provide quality or accurate and reliable information, information can be minimized to what is needed at the time, organization is created along with efficiency. The technologies used in my department are many being that I work in the technology department of the school board. We work daily with various servers, and network computing systems. We are also now utilizing cloud computing which makes accessing our data easier and faster.
