Values and Ethical Decision Making

Values will continue to play an important role in the way people make decisions (Hoch, Kunreuther, & Gunther, 2001). The purpose of this paper is to evaluate personal values, organizational values, and ethical decision making of the Walt Disney Organization. Present a team member's results from the Williams Institute Ethics Awareness Inventory Assessment and discuss how the results align with and do not align with the Disney Organization and provide a scenario showing a different ethical decision outcome based on its values for the organization.
