Who are the stakeholders in your place of employment or in a company with which you are familiar? What are their wants and needs? How does management meet their needs? What difficulties arise in balancing the needs of the various stakeholders?

The stakeholders in my organization are; employees, non-profit organizations, suppliers, patients and families. Being able to provide the best possible service with minimum amount in costs and do with dignity and honesty. The most difficult situation we face is dealing with family members of patients, what they might feel they should be offered, we can't provide.
