How would protected values, preferences, and laws affect consistency in making ethical decisions? What strategies would you develop and implement to attain consistent ethical decision making?

It would affect in the sense that everyone's values, preferences, and laws differ from one another and to come upwith an ethical decision that pleases everyone is values remain the same or increase, preferences may change, so does the law, so to come up with consistency,your decisions have to change as you have protected values, it's hard for you to nudge regardless of the benefits, it's things or position that you hold close.
