What strategies have been used to promote collaboration at your place of employment or a company you are familiar with? Have these strategies been successful or unsuccessful? Explain. Would you recommend implementing other strategies to promote collaboration? If so, what would those be?

My company implemented what is call Employee Action and tuition Refund, basically it entails is that it's up to us as employees to look after one another and come up with solutions for problems we face and find a way implement it and if you decide to go to school, the company can pay for 70% of the tuition costs.
