Introduction

Hazardous situations are not restricted to the work place environment. A person can encounter danger at home as well as at work. As stated in the text "Regardless of the type of material present, the hazards of that material, or the circumstances involved, a key component in any safety system is the hazard and risk assessment" (Gantt, 2012, p 50). Even when conducting simple household actions, one should think about all the possible risk that may occur.
