Leadership within a company guides employees to stay focused on the vision, mission & strategy of the organization. Leadership should also be the ears & eyes of the organization in assessing if the vision, mission, & strategy is on the right path. The vision provides direction for the companys course by outlining a destination. The mission also provides direction through core values & purpose.
