Functions of Management

Ever wonder what skills it takes to be a successful supervisor in a small or large corporation? There is a strategy to the success of these supervisors. In this paper, I am going to identify the skills and strategy to such success, by identifying and defining the four functions of management; planning, organizing, leading, and controlling. I am also going to explain how I implement them into my company and my office, and how these four functions help me to be successful at my job.
