MGT 330 Week 5 Discussion 2 There are five management functions and they incldue planning, organizing, staffing, leading, and controlling. As things change and evolve these functions will also have to be alter to fit the current state of the business world. Of the five functions I believe the control function will experince the least amount of change over the next decade.
