Abstract

Franchise companies including McDonald's, Burger King, and Jason's Deli have interests in expanding their name to grow profits. Organizational structures allow these companies to offer opportunities for outside parties. However, each organization carries its own requirements as they function differently in several aspects. This paper will define the differences and requirements each company holds in terms of human resources, marketing channels, finance, operations, and departmentalization among other things.
