Why Do You Do What You Do? When an organization begins the task of accomplishing what they desire to complete they must decide on a method of attaining those goals within the manner they deem most aligned with their values. To do this they will invent a mission statement, vision statement, and a list of values that holds worth in their eyes and that will allow them to complete their organizations plan.
