Hello class, As an example, I will discuss our units Standardization and Evaluation team. This team is responsible for conducting tests, both verbal and practical, that evaluate if and how a person can perform one of the six different duty positions we have at our base. The situation that we faced was the introduction of a new Standardization and Evaluation team that would be a completely new restructure not only in personnel, but the overall processes that the team would be enacting.
