McLoughlin Middle School (MAC) uses strategic planning within our Guided Coalition meetings to sustain our strengths. The way we have done that this year is by creating a simple vision and mission that carries the work we began last year into this year & helps us continue our mission into the future. McLoughlin Middle School's new mission statement simply reads All students learn, lead, belong and succeed. This means that we must consider all of the subgroups within our building alongside our core group of students whom we have traditionally focused on.
