Management priorities for the unit, leadership styles and conservative approaches are often heard when budgets are a concern for funding and participation for projects are not enthusiastic to say the least when it comes to willingness to get involved in change by management to finding volunteers. The management may not support funding if it is direct patient care related as they would accept what is democratic for the entire unit.
