Most elderly people are concerned about their health care costs and what it could mean to their personal resources. For some seniors the use of their personal money (funds from their checking account and/or savings account) would not be sufficient enough to pay for a couple of seniors for very long. In addition to those funds, the senior couple would have to have some type of insurance specifically for long-term care, or private method of payment, or even a form of government paying, such as Veteran's Administration.
