A. Steps in Strategic Plan My school organization has taken many steps to develop strategic plans. The first step my school organization takes in developing a strategic plan is identifying the issue that needs to be tackled. For example, in the past chronic absenteeism and low test scores have been issues that have been addressed through strategic plans. The next step in developing a strategic plan is putting together a committee. In my school, the administration asks staff members to be on committees that develop strategic plans.
