Measurement, Analysis, and Knowledge Management for Educational Leaders (Task 3) LMT1 Task 3 Program or Product The program under evaluation at Nelson Middle School is called Teacher Time Tuesday. During Teacher Time Tuesday, teachers are able to take time during the instructional school day to observe other teachers on campus or within the school district. This process is facilitated by a mentor teacher on campus who works with the teacher and other staff members to create a schedule and to facilitate a reflective discussion at the end of the day.
