MORTGAGE

THIS INDENTURE, made as of the 01 day of June 2009, by and between Charles P. and Jean Marie Conway, (Mortgagor), and Mellon Bank, 100 West Mall Plaza, Pittsburgh, PA 15106, (Mortgagee).

AMOUNT OF LIEN:

WHEREAS, Mortgagor is justly indebted to Mortgagee in the sum of Seventy Thousand dollars ( 70,000) and has agreed to pay the same, with interest thereon, according to the terms of a certain note (Note) given by Mortgagor to Mortgagee, which is attached hereto as Exhibit A.
