Leadership is a process by which a person influences others to accomplish an objective and directs an organization or project in a way that makes it more cohesive and coherent (Rost, 1993). Leadership is also a collaborative endeavor among individuals, making it a relationship. The coursework of a Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Administration prepares students for such roles.
