Abstract

In today's organizations many companies face various challenges. Some challenges can be thwarted by implementing appropriate training techniques. Managers, like employees, need just as much training when communicating with people of diversity. Smaller companies may not have as many issues as the larger corporations but the key lies in management's ability to control, predict, and understand employee behavior in the workplace. Companies need to grasp the importance of organizational behavioral theories and recognize the benefit it produces.
