Alternative Dispute Resolution

In the event a conflict arises between two or more members of the Team, which can not be settled within 24 hours of onset will be escalated to one of the two Alternative Dispute Resolutions (ADR)identified in the Team Charter as appropriate methods for resolving disputes. The ADR process will be used when there is a conflict in team member participation, members not turning in their work by the due date, and members not meeting attendance requirements. The first and preferred method of dispute resolution is Peer Review. Peer Review will be used in aneffort to keep the conflict within the confines of the Team. The second method will be Arbitration. During the development of the Team Charter, the team members agreed to binding arbitration.
