Role and Functions of Law

"Law plays a significant role in the successful operation of business and society" (Bushman, 2007). Law is a natural part of our daily lives; every decision and action we do involves some form of law. Laws aid in regulating society's behavior, it sets forth rules and specific expectations. These laws further make available the means to dispute differences of opinion yet, at the same time function as an enforcer.
