Introduction: Alfie Kohn is an experienced educationist and has a great deal of knowledge of human behaviors. His assertions are based on the integration of behavioral aspects and educational dilemmas. He states that grading leads to certain degree of difficulties for teachers and students. He is of a viewpoint that grading leads to a behavioral change, which in returns kills the purpose of education.
