Throughout my organization, I have able to observe multiple leaders in multiple roles. Majority of the leaders leadership style did not change. However, one leader did. Christina came in as a center manager for my team. Her and I did not see eye to eye as she was a micromanager and if things were not done her way then it was wrong, and I was a very independent worker who was always on the go. Christinas leadership style was autocratic. She made all the decisions and believed that the team would comply with her choices. She asserted authority, and, in her eyes, she believed she was a model for the team.
