Introduction Curriculum theory provides a bridge between research and the experiential nature of teaching and learning. Instructors use curriculum theory as a means to transfer subject-specific content to learners within intellectual frameworks. These frameworks facilitate the development of ones own personal philosophy of curriculum and the development of frameworks that best meet the needs of different learners.
