Introduction

I do believe that social media on the Internet really induce businesses to change in fundamental ways. I say this because if we take a look at what musician Dave Carroll did with his utube video businesses don't really have a choice. When you are able to put a company out there on Front Street for all people to see all over the world their business practices will get better towards the consumer.
