Impact of Welfare Recipients on Adult Education

Welfare in the United States commonly refers to the federal government welfare programs that have been put in place to assist the unemployed or underemployed. Help is extended through government programs that include Medicaid, Food Stamps, and Aid to Families with Dependent Children (AFDC).
