The Immoral Act of the Market of Organs The sale of organs in the United States is illegal, however, this does not stop individuals from purchasing organ or selling organs on the black market. The case that is under argument are one that believes the United States needs a market for legal sales and purchasing of organs, this case has only one term to describe it and that would be immoral. The problem with having a legal organ market that allows the selling or purchasing of organs are that this will increase the activity of criminals who will kidnap, harvest, and sell the organs.
