The topic that I chose to write about is on animal experimentation. The arguments surrounding this particular topic are identified as an issue because there are two viewpoints on the topic and our job is to decide which viewpoint is the most reasonable one. The issue that is presented is whether animal experimentation is important to medical research or if it is unjustified. Scientists claim that the physiology between animals and humans are very similar, whereas animal activists say that using animals for the study of human diseases is often unreliable.
